Connect your healing journey with breaking cycles of oppression

Services

  • Just because it’s hard, doesn’t mean we can’t find joy in the process. Art therapy allows you to connect with your innate creativity and use art practices to explore, express, and transform what feels overwhelming and overpowering.

We’ll combine talk psychotherapy with art making. You can make art during or in-between our sessions. We’ll discuss the art that you make as well as the process of making it to learn, heal, and grow.

    50 mins | Get started

  • We’ll meet weekly or biweekly for 50 minutes virtually. This will be your space. Your space to be. To feel. To experiment. To be seen. To process. To grow.

My approach is anti-oppressive, trauma informed, and emotion-focused. We can use solely talk interventions, art therapy or a combination of both.

    50 mins | Get started

  • I provide individual supervision for unlicensed therapists working towards their LPC in Pennsylvania or ATR-BC using an anti-oppressive/trauma informed lens. I also provide clinical supervision for licensed professionals for either an one time consultation or consistent guidance.

We’ll set up a time for a brief 15 minute conversation to answer questions, identify expectations, and make sure we are a good fit.

Investment

My pricing is guided by anti-oppressive values, community care, and my ongoing learning on how to disrupt and change the systems we live in.

I offer a limited amount of sliding scale (reduced rate) openings. Priority is given to Black, Indigenous, and people of color, the LGBTIQIA+ and disability communities, and those experiencing financial hardships. If you have questions about sliding scale, please reach out to me.

We will work together to identify a fee that you can afford using the honor system. I encourage you to reflect on your relationship with privilege, money, and the scarcity mindset. Things to consider when choosing to pay the full fee: do you have generational wealth, do you hold privilege in some of your identities, are you able to meet your needs easily, and/or do you have the means to pay it forward?

By paying the full fee, you’re supporting your community and committing to your values as an anti-oppressive human. The full fee pricing allows me to offer sliding scale spots, support my family, invest in anti-oppressive and trauma-informed education to best support you, and redistribute money to causes and people who are doing the work.

My full fee for a 50 minute session is $175. I am not in-network with any insurances.

I can provide you with a monthly billing statement (“superbill”) to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.

If you have any questions, please send me an email or if you’re ready to get started, fill out the consultation form.

You are important and deserving of this healing, compassionate, judgement free space.

Your needs matter. Your feelings matter.

As you invest in yourself and begin to make intentional shifts, you’ll show up more presently and authentically for your loved ones, community, and humanity.

Together we’ll dismantle oppression internally and externally so you live a more authentic, joyful life.

INSURANCE

I do not participate in any insurance plans. If your plan covers out-of-network mental health services; here are some questions to ask your insurance company. I can provide you with a monthly billing statement (often known as a “superbill”) to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
